About the Role
In this hands-on role, you’ll assist with the installation of all window treatments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical work and client interaction, and who takes pride in delivering impeccable results for some of the most discerning clients in the design industry.

Location: Richboro, PA

What You’ll Get:

  • Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Mileage & Expense Reimbursement for work-related travel
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM (flexibility for installation days)
  • Travel: Local Tri-State Area travel daily + Occasional nationwide travel (20–30%)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead precision installations, consultations, and repairs of window treatments
  • Load, organize, and maintain company vans and equipment
  • Conduct quality checks before, during, and after installations
  • Travel locally (within 1–2 hours) and occasionally nationwide (20–30%) for large-scale installations
  • Represent the brand professionally at client sites and communicate clearly with designers and homeowners
  • Participate in post-installation meetings to share feedback and lessons learned

Who You Are

  • Experienced with tools, construction, or hands-on installation work (window treatment, custom cabinetry, or other precision install experience is a plus but not required)
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and OneDrive
  • Detail-driven and organized, with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, flexible, and comfortable balancing both physical and administrative tasks
  • Able to lift 60+ lbs and work safely on 6 ft+ ladders
