Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a skilled trade? We’re looking for a motivated Installer to join our professional team and take the lead in high-end window treatment installations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with tools, takes pride in creating great customer experiences, and wants a long-term career in a growing industry.

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45202
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, M-F

What You’ll Install: Blinds, Shades, Shutters, Drapery

What You’ll Get

  • Compensation: $20–$25/hr

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-home installations, service calls, and repairs within a 45-mile radius (2–3 per day depending on scope)
  • Measure, mount, level, and finish premium window treatments with precision
  • Load in and load out daily — unload trash and prep vehicle with materials for the next day’s installs
  • Inspect and check in deliveries, ensuring products are accurate and damage-free
  • Prep product and jobs ahead of installation
  • Maintain vehicle inventory, tool inventory, cleanliness, and track mileage
  • Use CRM and vendor portals to schedule installs, update job notes, and track progress
  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide service updates
  • Report problem jobs promptly to necessary stakeholders

  • An Open-Minded Learner: Carpentry or installation experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person
  • Customer-Focused: Comfortable working in client homes and committed to excellent service
  • Clear Communicator: Listens carefully, asks good questions, and ensures nothing gets missed
  • Efficiency + Detail-Oriented: Dedicated to precision and doing the job right the first time
  • Team Player: Reliable, collaborative, and able to work independently when needed

Requirements

  • Valid OH driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 60+ lbs
  • Comfort climbing ladders at heights up to 20 ft
  • Experience with power tools 
  • Strong eye for efficiency and precision
  • Agile using technology systems (CRM, vendor portals)
