We’re looking for a motivated Field Technician to join our professional team and take the lead in high-end window treatment installations. Location: Cincinnati, OH 45202
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Work On

Blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and other premium window treatments

What You’ll Get

  • Compensation: $20–$25/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Perform in-home installations, service calls, and repairs within a 45-mile radius (2–3 per day depending on scope)

  • Measure, mount, level, and finish premium window treatments with precision

  • Load and unload daily, prepping vehicle and materials for next-day installs

  • Inspect deliveries and verify product accuracy and quality

  • Prepare products and jobs ahead of installation

  • Maintain vehicle and tool inventory, cleanliness, and mileage tracking

  • Use CRM and vendor portals to schedule installs, update notes, and track progress

  • Communicate professionally with clients and provide updates or support as needed

  • Report job issues promptly and coordinate solutions with the team

Who You Are

  • An open-minded learner — carpentry or installation experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person

  • Customer-focused and comfortable working in clients’ homes

  • A clear communicator who listens carefully and ensures nothing gets missed

  • Efficient and detail-oriented, committed to doing the job right the first time

  • A team player who’s reliable, collaborative, and can also work independently

  • Growth-minded, looking to build a lasting, hands-on career

Requirements

  • Valid Ohio driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to lift 60+ lbs and climb ladders up to 20 ft

  • Experience with hand and power tools

  • Strong eye for precision and craftsmanship

  • Comfortable using technology (CRM systems, vendor portals, mobile apps)
