We're a high-end window treatment company looking for a confident, client-focused Design & Sales Consultant who thrives on turning a homeowner's vision into something beautiful and closing the deal. You're in clients' homes, building trust, designing custom solutions, and seeing your work installed.

Schedule
M–F, 9 AM–5 PM - occasional Saturdays
What You'll Earn
- $75,000-95,000 your first year | $100K+ by year two
- Base + uncapped commission or 100% commission - you decide.

What You'll Do
- Run in-home design consultations, take precise measurements, and present tailored window treatment solutions
- Follow up on quotes and close sales
- Manage project paperwork and keep your CRM up to date
- Build your presence through social media engagement
- Check in on installs to ensure every client is thrilled
- Nurture referrals and spot new opportunities
What You Bring
- A passion for design and a track record of sales success
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Confidence representing a brand online and in person
- Comfort with CRM and digital workflow tools
- Ability to stand, walk, or drive for long periods of the day
- Ability lift 30+ lb sample books
- A self-starter mindset in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Bonus points for experience selling window treatments or similar products
- Candidates must live within a 45-60 minute commute of the showrooom at peak times
