Window Treatment Installation Helper

Join a growing, woman-owned window covering business serving Montgomery, Frederick, and Howard County. We're looking for a hands-on, eager learner who enjoys working as part of a team and is ready to develop a valuable trade skill. And yes, being a dog lover is definitely a plus. Many of our clients have furry "assistants" at home.

No experience with window treatments? That's perfectly fine. You'll work directly alongside our lead installer and team while learning the craft from day one.

Location: Clarksburg, MD | Full-Time, 100% On-Site

What You'll Get

  • Compensation: $18-20/hr DOE
  • 32+ hours a week: M-F, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM

What You'll Do

  • Load and unload trucks at the beginning and end of each day
  • Assist with window covering repairs and installations in clients' homes
  • Support our lead installer and technician on projects
  • Learn troubleshooting and problem-solving on the job
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service
  • Help keep tools and materials organized

What You Need

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in customers' homes
  • Reliable, positive attitude
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting
