- Compensation and Benefits: $60,000-$65,000 salary with 10 paid holidays plus 2 weeks PTO in year 1, 3 weeks PTO in year 2, $100 per month internet and phone stipend

What We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate will elevate our team with the following MUST-HAVE skills, experiences, and mindset...
- Operations Experience: A minimum of 5 years in business on an operations team or working for an interior design trade. Preferred education in business, operations, project management, or similar.
- Traction/EOS or Six Sigma Blackbelt enthusiast: You live and breathe process. From designing workflow maps to streamlining efficiencies within tedious procedures, you excel at simplifying a complicated system.
- Expert-level Writing Skills: Impeccable editing and copywriting skills are essential here for crafting contracts, procedures, checklists, scripts, email campaigns, policy manuals, and more.
- Engaging Communication: You're a people person and comfortable communicating over the phone, zoom, in-person, email and text to connect with clients and teammates effectively.
- Alert Organization Skills: You excel at staying organized, pivoting quickly, and maximizing time management. Your role will balance between live meetings and completing the work between sessions.
- Tech Savviness: You're a tech wizard, typing over 60 WPM, using Google Suite or equivalent tools daily, and solving computer problems like the IT department. You have a knack for learning new softwares quickly and intuitively.
- Patient Forever Learner: You are far from a drama-driven "know it all" without an ego bone in your body, and you want to be in an environment that prioritizes learning and supports your inner drive to improve daily.
- Passion for Interior Design: We service companies that sell window coverings, flooring, furniture, and interior design services and you want to surround yourself with these types of professionals.
- Initiative Taker: You are an over-achiever that always has your mind going. From working out puzzles to improving or "fixing" something, you are a go-getter that goes the extra mile.
A Day in the Life on the Consulting Team:
Your role and responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks, pivoting daily to include...
- 50% - Procedure Documentation & Software Optimization: Build and refine playbooks, workflows, and tools that make our processes run like clockwork. There is an endless amount of writing between policy manuals, job descriptions, technical procedure books, email templates, and scripts... and you can't get enough of it!
- 20% - Consulting Coordination & Resource Management: Keep projects, people, and resources aligned so nothing slips through the cracks. Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, vendor deliverables, and manage the client document library.
- 20% - Client Project Management & Delivery: Drive client projects from start to finish—on time, on budget, and with excellence. Hold client's teams accountable to implementing the strategies discussed on zoom meetings through weekly checkins.
- 10 % - Assist the CEO and Behind the Design Operations: Clear the runway for the CEO by handling key operations and keeping the team in sync with writing internal procedures, updating tasks and managing company wide project intiatives, keeping meeting notes.
