About the Role
We’re looking for a Window Treatment Installer who combines strong customer service skills with the ability to execute detailed and delicate installations.

Location: Hockessin, DE 19707

What You’ll Get

  • Compensation: $24-29/hr DOE with Overtime Potential
  • Performance Bonus Opportunities up to $3,600
  • PTO: 5 days (prorated first year) + 6 paid holidays
  • Health Reimbursement: Stipend for health insurance 
  • Company Vehicle available for client appointments 
  • Daily travel within approximately 15 miles of the office, with occasional assignments up to a two-hour drive.
  • Schedule: M - F, 9:00am-5:00pm with occasional flexibility

What You’ll Do

  • Review the week’s schedule in advance and prepare accordingly
  • Prepare job sites and materials prior to installation
  • Measure and verify specifications on-site before installation
  • Prep work areas to protect client homes and furnishings
  • Perform window treatment installations and service repairs jobs in client homes
  • Safely use power tools and ladders to install hard and soft window treatments
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site as issues arise
  • Collect payments through the company app and provide a copy of the invoice
  • Ask clients for Google reviews upon job completion
  • Update job statuses in company software and note any follow-ups needed
  • Maintain warehouse organization and general upkeep
  • Collaborate with office team for scheduling, logistics, and job coordination
  • Occasionally pick up hardware or materials from suppliers as needed
