Lead Carpenter / Installer – Window Treatments & Millwork

Location: Warminster, PA (servicing Bucks & Montgomery Counties)
Schedule: Full-time, 9 AM–5 PM | Mon–Fri or Tues–Sat

We’re looking for a cabinetry/millwork/precision pro to join our team as a Lead Carpenter/Installer. You’ll bring craftsmanship, accuracy, and customer service to every project, installing premium window treatments—blinds, shades, shutters—with the precision of fine cabinetry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead precision installations, consultations, and repairs within 45 miles
  • Guide clients on product choices and manage projects end-to-end
  • Use precision tools & tech for measuring and installing
  • Manage orders, schedules, and communication in CRM

Who You Are:

  • Skilled in cabinetry, millwork, closets, flooring, or window treatments
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and client-focused
  • Comfortable working independently and with a team
  • Valid PA driver’s license, clean record, within 1-hour commute to Warminster
