Your Role as Our Interior Design Sales Consultant:

As an Interior Design Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our company, helping clients bring their vision to life with custom window treatments and design solutions. You’ll work closely with our design team, installers, and management to create stunning, functional spaces for each client.

A Day in the Life:

  • Engage with Clients: Provide personalized design advice during in-home and showroom consultations, guiding clients through various window treatment options and design solutions.
  • Sales Ownership: Take full responsibility for the sales process, from the initial consultation and quoting to order placement and follow-up. Our team will support you every step of the way.
  • Build Relationships: Use provided leads to develop meaningful relationships with clients. Ensure repeat and referral business by offering exceptional service and high-quality recommendations.
  • Collaboration with the Team: Work closely with the design team, installers, and operations team to ensure seamless project delivery, from measurements to final installation.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a sales professional with a passion for design and helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces. If you have a flair for sales and a keen eye for design, you’ll thrive in this role.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Design Enthusiast: Previous experience in interior design, home decorating, or in-home sales (such as window treatments, furniture, upholstery) is highly desirable.
  • Sales Expertise: You have proven experience in quoting, project management, and conducting in-home consultations. A background in real estate, home staging, or design retail is a plus!
  • Exceptional Communicator: You’re an excellent listener and communicator, able to build rapport with clients and manage relationships effectively.
  • Adaptable & Positive: You excel in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Quoterite or other sales tools is a bonus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
