We are looking for a Lead Sales Designer who thrives on the blend of creativity and business, loves transforming homes, and is driven by results. What You’ll Gain:
- Flexible Compensation: Choose a compensation plan that suits you—either a base salary plus commission or commission-only for unlimited earning potential.
- Year 1 Earning Potential: Earn between $60,000 and $75,000 in your first year, with no ceiling on your success.
- Year 2 and Beyond: Earnings of$95,000-$110,000+!

- Lead Support: Access a steady flow of leads through walk-ins, phone inquiries, and aggressive marketing campaigns. You'll also have the tools to build your own repeat and referral client base.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Consultations: Engage clients through personalized virtual, showroom, and in-home consultations to select window coverings, upholstery, accessories, and furnishings that fit their style and space.
- Design Leadership: Build lasting relationships, create detailed design scopes, and expertly guide clients through the design approval process to bring their vision to life.
- Project Coordination: Prepare accurate design specifications for fabricators and manufacturers, ensuring seamless execution of your designs.
- Sales & Networking: Leverage provided leads and expand your network to generate referral clients and build a strong presence in the community.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Expert: At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and a passion for the sales process.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, quoting, drawing software, and other digital tools, as we operate a paperless business.
- Design Background: Strong foundation in interior design or decorating. Experience with upholstery or soft window treatments is a big plus.
- Travel Flexibility: Able to travel between Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area for client consultations.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs. for showroom samples and design materials.
