Day in the life of our Warehouse Coordinator:

  • Warehouse Operations: Manage inventory and upkeep of warehouse, both virtually and physically, with the objectives of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
  • Shipping & Logistics: Manage relationships with 3rd parties, coordinating shipping schedules & negotiating shipping rates. Track shipments & resolve any delays or issues with carriers. Ensure projects stay on track by facilitating clear communication among all involved parties.
  • Installer support: Assist with installation scheduling, providing physical support during load out and load in. Package and manage outgoing shipments, collaborating and communicating with the installation team throughout that process.
  • Collaborative Support: Provide coverage in showroom and/or throughout order placement process where required. Potential for quarterly travel to support projects or onsite visits requiring local travel during the work day.
  • Data Entry/Platform Updates: Keep Salesforce, Smartsheet, and vendor portals current with project status and details.

Key Qualifications of our Warehouse Coordinator:

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing complex schedules and inventory.
  • Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physically Capable: Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience/agility with Salesforce, MS Office, Smartsheet, and project management systems.
  • Inventory & Vendor Management: Experience and knowledge of distribution, inventory management, and vendor relations is required. Warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Resourceful & Collaborative: A “figure-it-out” mindset and a drive to contribute to a supportive team.
  • Design & Luxury Experience: Bonus for those with a background in design or high-end in-home products, particularly window treatments.
