About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership position for someone who’s just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves in the daily operations as they are setting long-term strategy. You'll oversee all financial functions, manage a capable and committed team, and play a key role in shaping the company’s direction.

What You’ll Do As CFO

Lead & Inspire

• Guide a team of five across accounting, payroll, and collections
   
• Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative team culture
   
• Act as a key voice on the Executive Leadership team
   

Drive Financial Operations

• Own full-cycle accounting: A/R, A/P, payroll, cash flow, deposits, wires, and more
   
• Maintain accurate books, monthly closes, financial reporting, and compliance
   
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance analytics
   
• Champion efficiency by streamlining processes and improving systems
   

• Stay deeply involved in day-to-day operations while keeping an eye on strategic goals
   

• Apply deposits and processing credit applications
   
• Lead weekly financial reviews with the executive team
   
• Run payroll and 401(k) contributions
   
• Oversee monthly closes and preparing income statements
   
• Conduct strategic check-ins with accounting and collections teams
   
• Prepare for audits and compliance reviews
   

Who You Are

• 5+ years leading accounting or finance teams (Controller/CFO level preferred)
   
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus, not required)
   
• CPA or CMA preferred
   
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, and manufacturing environments
   
• Bonus points for supply chain and inventory expertise
   
• Expert in Excel and financial modeling
   
• Tech-savvy and eager to work with multiple systems
   
• A natural leader with a strong sense of integrity, humility, and initiative
