Do you love design, thrive on details, and naturally put people at ease? We're a fast-paced, high-touch drapery and soft furnishings workroom in Nashville, and we’re hiring a Project Manager to support our growing book of interior designer clients.

This role blends project management, sales, and client success, from the first consultation to the final install. If you enjoy being the go-to person, juggling multiple projects, and ensuring every detail is handled with precision and polish, you might be the perfect fit.

Location: Nashville, TN - 100% On Site with travel to client sites within a 30 mile radius

What You’ll Get:

  • $50–60K base + commission
  • First Year Bonus Potential: $2,500 for exceeding goals
  • $75–85K expected total comp in Year 1
  • 10 PTO days + 6 paid holidays

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the relationship with our interior design partners from first contact through install day — lead consultations, answer product questions, and ensure designers feel 100% supported.
  • Manage 5–12 projects at a time, guiding each through quoting, production, and delivery (average project timeline: ~3 months).
  • Conduct site visits and measurements, schedule installs, and attend installations to oversee execution.
  • Handle estimating and quoting in QuickBooks — including drapery, hardware, and motorized treatments.
  • Collaborate with our internal team and contractors to keep materials, scheduling, and production moving smoothly.
  • Track all details in Airtable — including payments, status updates, and timelines.
  • Act as a trusted account manager, helping nurture and grow repeat business.

Who You Are:

  • A confident communicator who can guide clients in the right design direction.
  • Someone who thrives in a high-touch, detail-rich environment with multiple moving pieces.
  • Experience in interior design, window treatments, textiles, or high-end home services (tile, closets, fabrics, etc.) is a major plus.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with designers, luxury retail clients, or custom product industries.
  • Tech-savvy enough to learn QuickBooks, Airtable, and iPad measuring tools.
  • Physically able to assist with book samples, and load/unload materials for installs.
