Join a Team That Values Your Attention to Detail!

Are you a highly organized professional who loves people, processes, and paperwork? Do you thrive on keeping things running smoothly and ensuring every box is checked? If so, we want you on our team as our Project/Order Coordinator!

Why Be our Project Coordinator?
We’re a trusted, family-owned business that has been growing since 1932, providing customers with high-end, quality window treatments. Our team works collaboratively to deliver an exceptional experience for our residential and commercial clients as well as interior design partners. As our Project Coordinator, you'll help us ensure that experience by focusing on order details and engaging in communications with internal stakeholders and vendor partners as needed.

What We Offer:

  • Generous Compensation: $24-27/hour, experience-dependent.
  • Employer-provided health insurance through BCBS.
  • PTO: 10 days/year, Sick Days: 5/year, Holidays: 9/year
  • A collaborative, stable, and supportive work environment at a growing and well-established small business.
  • Training on our products, services, and processes—no prior experience in the window treatment niche needed, though we value experience prioritizing similarly complex products and processes.

As Project Coordinator, you’ll serve as the hub of our business, facilitating:

  • Order entry, auditing, and processing paperwork
  • Coordinating seamless communication across all departments
  • Actions where needed as the last line of defense in order submittal process before it reaches our supplier and makes its way to our end user
  • Ultimately, you’ll be the key player who determines whether our deadlines are met and all stakeholders are receiving orders based on expectation. You will do what it takes daily to achieve that goal at deadline.

What We’re Looking For in our next Project Coordinator:

  • 3+ years of experience in order management, project management, or business coordination preferred. Folks with experience in detailed processes such as accounting are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS & Microsoft Office Suite and agility with tooling and software that aids in prioritization and organization of tasks.
  • You’re not a stranger to paperwork, so you’ve discovered it brings you joy. You’re able to build physical tools and systems to keep yourself organized with hands-on paperwork.
  • You’ve never met a detail that scares you. You’re here to confront them head-on and problem-solve in the moment.
  • Ability to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

If you value detail, quality, and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today to start a conversation!
